The Simple Woman's Daybook

FOR TODAY Monday, November 30, 2009

...Outside my window...it is gloomy.

I am thinking...that I should be cleaning my house instead of writing this post.

I am thankful for...God, my husband, my little boy, family, friends, and everthing else that God provides for me.

From the kitchen...will be chicken parmigian, and later on this week, Christmas cookies, hopefully Pioneer Woman's new beef stew recipe and an Italian dish I want to try.

I am wearing...PAJAMAS!!

I am creating..."trying" to creat better photographs, better meals for my family, a calm environment in my home.

I am going...to Bible study tonight.

I am reading...Crazy Love and Sacred Marriage.

I am hoping...that I get myself in gear and get my house cleaned up a little before Bible study, while making dinner and taking care of my son.

I am hearing...the Dr. Phil show on tv.

Around the house...my baby is sleeping, my two cats, Tom and Jerry, are sitting on the stairs, looking out the window.

One of my favorite things...making really good food and enjoying it with people I love.

A few plans for the rest of the week:Christmas shopping, baking, cooking, work, and a few holiday parties.

This is my little boy "reading" a book. He loves books. Saturday we went to the toy store and then the book store- he was more excited at the book store.
